$80,000•$100,000

Bonus :

$45,000•$50,000 annually, paid quarterly, based on individual and company performance (all-in $130-145k)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead all purchasing activities across multiple spend categories (materials, services, equipment) Develop and implement effective sourcing and procurement strategies Manage bid process and pricing negotiations with subcontractors and vendors Analyze costs, trends, and supplier data to support strategic decisions Create and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability Track procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvements in cost, quality, and delivery Identify and mitigate supply chain risks Maintain strong, reliable supplier and vendor relationships Monitor market and price trends to maintain a competitive edge Lead, train, and support a team of purchasing professionals (2 direct reports)

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in residential construction or homebuilding Proven experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and sourcing Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system is a plus
