Head of Flower Wholesale Sales Confidential Nashville, TN 37210 As the Flower Wholesale Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and procurement operations of our flower wholesale business. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient sourcing and distribution of high-quality flowers to our valued customers. This ia a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the flower industry, strong sales acumen, and exceptional managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing flowers from various suppliers Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to expand product offerings Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve goals Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision- making. Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing waste Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer demands
Requirements:
