We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for our construction and plant-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the purchase of construction materials, equipment, and services—both domestically within the U.S. and internationally, including from Korea and other regions in Asia. This role requires excellent supplier management skills, familiarity with international and domestic logistics, and a strong understanding of construction-specific procurement standards.

Your duties will include:

Lead procurement efforts for construction and plant projects, including materials, tools, and equipment Source vendors both domestically and internationally, particularly from South Korea, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Review and manager purchase orders, contracts, and delivery status Evaluation supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships Collaborate closely with site managers and engineering teams to ensure procurement aligns with project needs Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage supply chain risks Track procurement costs and identify areas for cost optimization support customs clearance and shipping documentation for imported goods Your qualifications are as follows: Must be proficient in both Korean and English 3+ years of experience in construction-related purchasing or procurement management Strong understanding of construction and industrial materials, tools, and logistics Experience with international procurement, including import/export procedures Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to effectively manage procurement schedules Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical thinking Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software Your benefits are as follows: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance 401K matching Relocation Assistant PTO Paid holidays Annual bonuses based on performance Visa Sponsorship Meals provided Mobile phone provided
