The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, vendor relations, and material sourcing to support our high-end residential projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in costing negotiations. Buildertrend proficiency is a key requirement, as the platform is essential to our project management workflow.

DUTIES Lead all purchasing operations for construction materials, fixtures, and subcontracted services Utilize Buildertrend software to manage budgets, generate purchase orders, and track procurement schedules Develop and maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers and vendors Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure best value and alignment with project standards Coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to meet strict construction timelines Forecast purchasing needs in alignment with multi-phase luxury developments Cost Estimate and Take-off and check vendor and supplier quote. Actively pursue growth personally, professionally, and financially. Challenge the status quo to drive company growth toward excellence. Experience 10+ years of purchasing experience in the residential construction industry Proven ability to manage procurement for high-end, luxury outdoor projects Buildertrend software proficiency is required In-depth knowledge of construction materials, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiation Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple active projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related procurement software Strong team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
