What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to support multiple construction projects. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and site teams to identify material and equipment needs. Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure materials arrive according to project schedules. Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities, including orders, contracts, and supplier communications. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders to avoid project delays. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to support long-term partnerships. What You Bring:
