Clair County Intellectual developmental disability 1801 2nd Ave E, Oneonta, AL 35121 Entry level
Support Coordinator Position:
Responsibilities include providing quality services to Medicaid eligible Individuals with intellectual disability and /or developmental disability. Services include case planning, social support, follow-up and monitoring. Must be able to work independently as well as work with a team to benefit the individual being served. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation as travel within Blount/St Clair County is required. Applicant must also carry the mandatory vehicle liability insurance required by the State of
AL. BA/BS
Degree in a Human Service Field is required. Knowledge of MS Office required with the ability to learn new software.
