Flexible schedule Paid time off Training & development The Program Coordinator at Community Care Development Network (CCDN) is a dynamic leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating multiple community-based programs aligned with CCDN’s mission to empower and support families, youth, and underserved populations. This position oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs across CCDN’s service areas, including Education Support Services, Family Support Services, and Outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management & Implementation Plan, develop, and implement program activities in alignment with CCDN’s strategic goals. Coordinate the delivery of Education Support Services (e.g., Inspire Education Academy, High School Diploma programs, ACT WorkKeys, Career Readiness, and Trade Pathways). Oversee Family Support Services such as Parents Helping Parents, Youth Mentoring, and the Motherhood/Fatherhood Initiatives. Manage community outreach and engagement activities, including annual events like Back2School, Christmas at CCDN, Resource Fairs, and workshops. Monitor program activities to ensure effectiveness and quality of service delivery. 2. Resource Management Coordinate logistics, facilities, and materials needed for successful program delivery. 3. Monitoring, Evaluation, & Reporting Track key program metrics, including attendance, participant progress, service hours, and impact outcomes. Collect and analyze data to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements. Prepare detailed program reports, success stories, and updates for leadership, funders, and stakeholders. Support compliance with grant requirements, organizational policies, and applicable laws. 4. Fundraising & Development Support fundraising efforts by contributing program data, outcomes, and stories to grant applications and funding proposals. Assisted funders and potential donors in writing reports and updates. Participate in donor engagement efforts, events, and presentations when appropriate. 5. Community Outreach & Relationship Management Represent CCDN at meetings, outreach events, and collaborative initiatives with partners and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, nonprofit partners, referral agencies, and local organizations. Help lead community education through workshops, resource navigation, and strategic outreach initiatives. 6. Volunteer & Staff Coordination Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers, mentors, and interns to support program operations. Provide training and support to part-time instructors and team members on program delivery, expectations, and standards. Create and maintain schedules, assignments, and responsibilities for program staff and volunteers. 7. Counseling, Coaching & Direct Support Provide one-on-one and group counseling, mentorship, and support to youth, parents, and families participating in CCDN programs. Conduct intake assessments and create development plans based on individual needs. Ensure access to warm-up services and community referrals that promote academic, professional, and personal growth. 8. Event & Training Coordination Organize and coordinate events, training sessions, and program workshops. Support implementation of program-related training for volunteers, staff, and participants. 9. Problem Solving & Compliance Address challenges and barriers affecting program participation or service delivery. Ensure programs follow best practices and operate in compliance with CCDN policies and external standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, nonprofit management, social work, or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, school counselor, or community-based nonprofit work. Direct experience working with youth, families, and underserved communities. Experience with budget tracking, data management, and grant support preferred.
