$49.8K – $70.2K a year 9 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Contracts Communication skills Full Job Description Duties & Responsibilities The candidate will serve as a technical and programmatic support resource to the Program Management FMS Case Integrator.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive technical and analytical support for FMS case development, integration, and management. Organizing and interpreting technical and financial data to support acquisition planning and the establishment of program schedules and milestones. Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of FMS program execution by planning, analyzing, directing, and reviewing performance metrics and program deliverables. Supporting the preparation and submission of Letters of Request (LOR), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), and Price and Availability (P&A) data. Contributing to the development of Statements of Work (SOW), contract documentation, and technical evaluations. Preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and other communications to internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining and updating tracking and reporting systems, including DSAMS, CISIL, and SCIP, to ensure accurate and timely program execution visibility. Supporting and documenting meetings, working groups, and conferences related to current and potential FMS programs. Tracking project milestones and deliverables and conducting after-action reviews to identify and implement process improvements. Minimum Experience Entry to Mid-level experience with USG systems and processes. Required Skills Proven ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly write technical and programmatic content and present data in a logical and informative manner. Experience in acquisition planning and contract support within a U.S. government or defense program office. Familiarity with DoD FMS systems and tools, including DSAMS, CISIL, and SCIP. Capable of independently managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
