Full Job Description Overview:
To develop, implement and coordinate the Neonatal Family Support Program. The family support specialist will provide emotional, informational, educational and inspirational programs for Neonatal families. Teh program is designed to meet the unique needs of families throughout the neonatal hospitalization. Develop and implement individualized programs from HH Neonatal ICU. Develop supportive relationships with NICU families and collaborate with NICU staff.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required. Experience Experience in program development and/or volunteer management requiring organizational skills. Experience providing support to and collaborating with many different types of individuals, families, disciplines, medical personnel and organizations. Computer experience preferred with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
