Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Program Integrator (Operations) to join our team supporting PEO Missiles & Space, Integrated Fires Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This position is expected to be on-site. Job Requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Program Integrator (Operations) responsible for providing operational support to the Program Integration team, focusing on developing presentation materials, papers, talking points, and knowledge management products
  • Create high-quality presentation materials, including slides, briefings, and handouts to support integrated fires initiatives and engagements.
  • Develop, edit, and staff/coordinate integrated fires papers, reports, and documents Prepare talking points and other communication media to support integrated fires messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external)
  • Support and maintain the Integrated Fires knowledge management system to capture, organization, and share program information including lessons learned, best practices, and directorate content.
  • Coordinate the collection, review, tagging/naming, and organization of Integrated Fires information to ensure timely and accurate access to the latest information
  • Provide support related to inquiries, information requests, and communication between stakeholders, program teams, and Integrated Fires Directorate
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
  • DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Education Requirements:
  • Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience or 22 years no degree or bachelor’s degree and 18 years’ experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.

)
