    Job Description The Program Manager will serve as the primary onsite interface for all contractual and programmatic matters supporting Program Executive Office (PEO), Missiles and Space (MS) Product Manager Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (PdM
  • C-UAS).

This individual is responsible for managing the highest-level strategic non-technical activities under the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including staffing coordination, performance management, and overall program execution across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, client engagement, and program execution skills to ensure successful delivery and alignment with the mission objectives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact between the program team and contracting officials for all matters related to staffing, contract performance, and execution.
Manage and oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring all contractual obligations are met with high standards of quality and efficiency.
Support the Government with timely communication, reporting, and resolution of any issues related to performance, staffing, or compliance.
Lead efforts to monitor and maintain program budgets, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements.
Provide leadership in resource allocation, risk management, and process improvement to maximize program performance.
Coordinate across internal teams and subcontractors to ensure unified performance delivery and goal achievement.
Support strategic planning efforts, including the development of follow-on business opportunities and customer relationship management.
May lead and mentor project support staff and provide input into personnel management decisions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and contract-specific guidance. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
15+ years of experience in program-related roles, including at least 10 years in functional or program management positions.
Proven experience managing complex programs-preferably within the DoD or federal contracting environment-including fixed-price efforts and contracts involving multiple stakeholders or subcontractors.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, interface with senior Government stakeholders, and serve in liaison roles such as Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, staffing coordination, and performance management best practices.
Familiarity with C-UAS systems or related defense technology programs is a plus.
Active DoD security clearance at the TS level, TS/SCI is preferred. U.S. Citizenship Required for this
