Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex (Montgomery, AL) Crossflow Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Journeyman to join Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Automated Management System (PAMS). PAMS is an application supporting AF Active Duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and Civilian users. PAMS supports the AF Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) community by providing single source access for management of AF Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) inventories in support of the Air Force Metrology and Calibration Program (AFMETCAL). Responsibilities:

This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in Program Management to include but not limited to the duties below: Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs; Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines and be able to recommend viable solutions to problems as well as the pursuit of alternative courses of action; Abilities to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation, e.g., briefings, documents, and plans; Abilities to plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment; Abilities to formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives; Abilities to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports, e.g., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) or Monthly Activity Report (MAR); Abilities to support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews; and, Abilities to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.

Job Requirements Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications, five of which must be in the DoD. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have an active Secret Clearance. Must maintain clearance at required level.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience acting as the liaison for unit personnel actions (Military and Civilian), which includes the Unit Manning Document (UMD), personnel requisition, manning requests, organizational charts, training management and timekeeping functions. Prior experience tracking, collecting, compiling, reviewing, editing, consolidating, and forwarding responses from 45 main system programs and subsystems for approximately 283 unique taskers yearly consisting of incoming and outgoing formal and informal requests for information such as SOCCER tasks, memos, Division tasks, etc. In addition, an average of 6 weekly and 5 monthly recurring execution plans/ reports/briefings/events for all GB4 systems are similarly processed throughout the year.
