Coordinator of Student Engagement and Leadership – First Year Experience 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Troy, AL The Coordinator of Student Engagement and Leadership – First Year Experience is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that enhance the first-year student experience at the university. This role plays a pivotal part in the orientation process, ensuring that incoming students are engaged, informed, and supported as they transition into university life. The Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to ensure that key stakeholders are prepared for orientation events, which take place during Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions. Key responsibilities include advising the Freshman Forum, which serves as the First-Year Student Government Association (SGA), and fostering leadership development among first-year students. The Coordinator will also assist in the planning and execution of

IMPACT:

New Student Orientation, managing communication plans, parent engagement, event logistics, and the overall student experience during orientation sessions.
