Troy – T01 Job Summary The Enrollment and Systems Support Coordinator position is responsible for the following job duties, as well as other job duties as assigned:

LEA Support:

o Assist facilitators with instructional support for Schoology LMS.
o Provide guidance and troubleshooting for tools and features used within the learning management system.
o Offer individual training/resources to facilitators on how to effectively utilize Schoology.
o Monitor ALSDE Teaching and Learning platform for Facilitator certification completion.
o Coordinate enrollment in PowerSchool Professional Learning site for LEA staff.
o Document and communicate change orders to ALSDE as it relates to Facilitators.
o Offer general technical support and guidance on system features, updates, and new processes.
o Ensure that ACCESS and ALSDE policies are communicated effectively.
o Establish communication with instructors to ensure they have the correct means of contact at the LEA.

Student Support:

o Assist students with access and navigation issues related to their learning platforms.
o Ensure students are properly enrolled in their courses and that they have access to necessary materials and resources; logins, test passwords, release conditions
o Serve as a point of contact for students experiencing technical difficulties with their accounts or course materials.

Non-Public Student Enrollment Support:

o Coordinate enrollment and academic support for non-public students, to include PowerSchool data and profile creation.
o Help facilitate smooth transitions for non-public students into the system, ensuring proper documentation and access to learning tools.
o Maintain accurate records through the PowerSchool SIS for grade distribution.
o Assist Non-public stakeholders with registration issues and ensure all necessary paperwork and information is completed.
o Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system functionality, login issues, and data discrepancies for LEA registrars.
o Obtain and maintain necessary user agreements from Non-Public organizations.

Systems Management:

o Provide regular feedback on system performance and suggest improvements or enhancements.
o Assist in system updates and configuration as needed.
o Maintain current PowerSchool LEA contact list.
o Provide timely information to colleagues who are conducting onsite visitations with LEAs Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 1. Prior experience in an administrative or support role
2. Experience working with educational platforms such as Schoology and PowerSchool
3. Experience providing technical support in an online education.
4. Knowledge of data entry, student records management, and academic support. Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
