SUMMARY:
- The Project Manager, Level 2, is responsible for planningand managing projects which often require considerable resources andhigh levels of functional integration, and for supporting projectoperations analysis and reporting.
This role ensures project goals areaccomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters andthat there is adherence to quality standards. The role prepares orfacilitates the preparation of project deliverables and communicateswith company executives and cross-functional stakeholders regarding thestatus of specific projects as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Drive the gathering of detailed stakeholder requirements, constraintsand assumptions in order to establish the project deliverables, usingrequirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions,brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter;
- Develop and refine project plans that specify goals, strategy,staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, andallocation of available resources;
- Coordinate the execution of the contained tasks as defined in theproject plan in order to achieve the project goals;
- Oversee the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, andcosts using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep theproject plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized projectchanges;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques inorder to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify anyvariances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate toall stakeholders;
- Maintain relationships with other departments and organizations byrecognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership andcommitment to the project;
- Optimize processes, tools, metrics, and human capital to enableeffective and efficient delivery of company projects.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field AND•Three (3) years of overall Project Management experience OR•Equivalent combination of education and experience•

- •Successful tracking and schedule compliance with larger scale projects•Ability to work across multiple job levels to achieve results•Process modeling, data standardization, and analytics•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in adeadline driven process•Consistent success in leading teams to meet aggressive deadlines•Demonstrated skill with Project Management tools and concepts•Experience with resource management (labor models, time tracking,etc.
)
- Outstanding time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Project; Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and general Web proficiency;PPM tool(s)
- •Ability to travel 10% of the time•Ability to clear required background check•
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as ProjectManagement Professional (PMP)•

Salaries will differ based on these factors,the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’sbenefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of therange.- We anticipate this position will pay $30.00- $34.00per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad.
