Director is responsible for overseeing the program and teams in the area under the guidance and direction of the front office. Responsibilities during the season include overseeing coaches, recruiting new athletes, marketing support, facilitating evaluations, coaching, and running 2 practices per week and participating in 3-5 tournaments (weekends). Our seasons run from early September-early November (Fall Season) and late March- the first week of June (Spring Season). Coaches are compensated based on their qualifications. Swarm Basketball is the largest AAU program in the country with over 250 teams in 22 states nationwide. Overseeing coaches Marketing support Recruiting Run practices and skills sessions independently Attend and coach weekly practices and tournaments Exemplify positive behavior to act as a role model for players Helping with communication with the help of the front office
