- Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy Job Description We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to join our team as Director, Business Delivery.
Reporting to the Vice President, Retirement Strategies Business Delivery, you will play a key role in driving execution, accelerating growth opportunities, and delivering industry-leading experiences within Prudential’s Retirement Strategies portfolio. In this role, you will lead cross-functional planning and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact. Success requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. In this role, you will: Lead and oversee complex, large-scale growth initiatives, ensuring transparency, engagement, and successful execution across internal and external stakeholders. Drive reinsurance transactions, structuring, and operationalizing arrangements to enhance pricing, capital efficiency, and transaction effectiveness. Develop and implement structured frameworks for strategic planning, execution, and risk management to achieve business objectives. Provide thought leadership and business delivery best practices on growth and reinsurance constructs and transaction mechanics. Foster strong partnerships with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to address challenges and drive business success. Enhance agility and efficiency by integrating business agile practices, optimizing processes, and improving cross-functional collaboration. Continuous eye on process improvement and opportunities to simplify our operating and engagement model. What you’ll need: Experience & Industry Knowledge
- 5-7 years in retirement-focused financial services preferred, with a strong preference for annuity experience. Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders across management levels, and drive results in complex environments. Strategic & Agile Mindset
- Ability to balance traditional and modern methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) to accelerate execution and business outcomes. Project & Program Management

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $152,500.00 to $206,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
