Program Coordinator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars New Milford, CT 06776 Summary We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team at Friends of New Milford, Inc. In this role, you will assist in managing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive in their home and in the community. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee various programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist in the development and implementation of program goals, objectives, and strategies that align with the company’s mission statement. Communicate with care providers and administrative staff on a daily basis. Supervise staff and volunteers involved in programs by providing guidance and support as needed. Foster relationships with families and community partners to enhance program effectiveness. Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Collect data weekly; perform quality checks and routine scanning/filing. Requirements Proven experience in managing time, resources and personnel. Strong understanding of the needs of individuals. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to supervise staff effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
