Program Manager Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, the Customer Program Manager will implement program management techniques to lead and deliver the Boeing Customer Program. Leading a cross-functional program team, the Customer Program Manager will be responsible for the efficient, effective, and timely delivery of all contracted customer business with Boeing. Responsibilities Lead and deliver the Boeing Customer Program using program management techniques. Manage and direct a cross-functional program team to ensure efficient delivery of contracted customer business. Implement earned value management methodologies to monitor project progress and performance. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across engineering, production, and commercial teams.
