Program Manager Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, the Customer Program Manager will implement program management techniques to lead and deliver the Boeing Customer Program. Leading a cross-functional program team, the Customer Program Manager will be responsible for the efficient, effective, and timely delivery of all contracted customer business with Boeing. Responsibilities Lead and deliver the Boeing Customer Program using program management techniques. Manage and direct a cross-functional program team to ensure efficient delivery of contracted customer business. Implement earned value management methodologies to monitor project progress and performance. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across engineering, production, and commercial teams. Essential Skills Earned value management Program management Project management Engineering PMP certification Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate others. Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Proficient in IFS, MS Office, and other project management toolsets. Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Ability to assess situations and develop effective solutions. Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Understanding of how business decisions impact financial outcomes.
