Description Position is 100% in person, based in-office, in Titusville, FL (may be required to travel between other Devereux sites in FL) Do you have previous mental health, residential care, non-profit, or related experience and would like to utilize your knowledge to train others on how to effectively do their jobs? Then consider joining Devereux Advanced Behavior Health as a Development and Learning Facilitator! Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides behavioral health programs in residential or outpatient settings, as well as performs case management services to families in the child welfare system. As an Learning and Development Facilitator, you will present orientation and training to new hires, deploy recertification trainings, and assist with the development and roll out of new trainings in accordance with Devereux Corporate, DCF, or other statute, regulating and/or contractual obligations. Methods of facilitation include in-person presentations, video conferencing and eLearning. The individual working in this role must be able to demonstrate leadership and be able to effectively direct individual/group activities.

Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Adult Education or related preferred
Experience:
Prior experience in a healthcare setting; mental health, behavioral health, or residential health care experience is strongly preferred
Other:
Must be 21 years or age or older
Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
Must be able to travel as needed to other Devereux sites within the state of FL
