This role supports the Operations Process Center for activities associated with the production, deployment, and sustainment of existing and future projects and programs. Join our team in Melbourne, FL where innovation and excellence drive everything we do. You will have a direct hand in products for the most advanced avionics solutions in the world.
What You Will Do:
The Program Manager is accountable for products in the Operations Process Center, which manufactures and tests circuit card assemblies for products including flight deck displays, sensors, radars, radios, and navigation systems. This includes managing internal customer interfaces and relationships, analyzing data, leading risk and opportunity management, recommending solutions and optimizations, and periodic reporting. This leadership position reports to the Director of the Navigation Portfolio and is an active participant on the leadership team. Lead

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience Prior experience in Operations, Process Management, or related Prior experience with KPIs, process analysis, reporting

Program management skills with a strong history building relationships in a matrix organization to lead cross functional teams Operations management experience, on-time-delivery, process control/improvement, manufacturing yield and throughput improvements Strengths around KPI benchmarking and leading teams to achieve desired results Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
