). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Program Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining program schedules, ensuring compliance with EVMS guidelines, identifying and resolving schedule risks, and providing status reports, all while collaborating with various teams to achieve program objectives. Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS): Develop and maintain accurate and detailed program schedules, incorporating all dependencies, resource availability, and contractual requirements. Determine and validate the critical path within the schedule to ensure timely completion of the program. Conduct trend analysis, forecast schedule impacts, and manage program schedule margins. Identify and address potential conflicts and dependencies that could impact the schedule. Develop and implement strategies to accelerate the schedule and achieve additional margin. Identify and analyze potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies. Basic Qualifications for

Program Planning Scheduling Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6+ years of program planning and scheduling experience Possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project and the detail development of an IMS Full understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and the ability to support implementation on programs Ability and willingness to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance, but not required to start position Required Qualifications for

Active, final Secret clearance in-scope (within 5 years) Understanding of and experience with providing support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Experience in developing and assisting in Schedule Risk Analyst (SRA) Experience in new business proposal effort leading up to draft request for proposal to contract award Experience in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) Understanding of and the ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments
