The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and we are now hiring House Managers for our Orange Park residential homes! Pay is $19/hr This is a Full-Time position and it is eligible for overtime. In this position you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include : Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice. Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a residential program. Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts. This position will include being on ratio at least 1 day per week and assisting with the hands-on direct care support of the adults in our care.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required At least 2 years of supervisory experience working in residential environment. Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills. Must have
