We are currently seeking a Facilitator for our SNAP (Stop Now And Plan) Program in Lake City, FL. SNAP is a trauma-informed, gender-specific, early-intervention model developed by the Child Development Institute in Toronto, Canada. Position Summary As a SNAP Facilitator, you will lead group sessions for either youth or their caregivers over a 13-week cycle using the SNAP curriculum. You will play a critical role in equipping participants with effective emotional regulation, problem-solving, and behavior management strategies. Key Responsibilities Deliver the SNAP curriculum to either youth or parent groups during 13-week sessions Attend a 5-day SNAP Core Training Submit mock role-plays demonstrating fidelity to the SNAP model before program implementation Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with program staff Foster a supportive and inclusive group environment Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with youth and/or families in a group or therapeutic setting is preferred Willingness to participate in extensive training and ongoing program development Passion for supporting families through early intervention Background check required Drug Free Employment Why Join CDS?
