KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations for the our Office in Mayport FL. Insure the creation & implementation of strategies designed to grow the business. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and military chains of command for purposes of advancing business. Engage in key customer activities such as instructional presentations to small groups of service members Oversee hiring and talent development programs. Insure overall quality and customer satisfaction standards are met Report key results to corporate officers

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of the military, local units and chains of command. Knowledge of military support programs to include MWR, Family Support Center services and other quality of life programs. Outgoing personality, great people skills and a can-do attitude. Profit motivated. General office skills and computer expertise required. Excellent personal credit a must.
