Program Coordinator – Cisco Practice Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct support of Cisco partner 360 Program status and maintenance across all geographies to ensure AVISPL maintains Partner Level registrations, Certifications and other partner 360 program requirements, communication, tracking, and practice needs as assigned. Serve as administrator for all Cisco partner portals and tools – including but not limited to Self Service portal, Partner Experience Portal (PXP), and Partner 360 Index reporting . Assist the Cisco Practice VP with cross functional accountability throughout the various aspects of the AVI-SPL lines of business and ensure Practice Strategy goals are achieved Assist with driving the highest level of process and practice attainment by leveraging best practices and necessary resources aligned to the AVI-SPL Cisco Practice strategy Secondary liaison with the internal stakeholders as one of the additional owners of communications related to process creation, service products, project deployments, service level agreements, specific certifications/training, risks, and escalations as necessary. Contribute to workstreams that identify, inventory and document current processes and support workstreams that optimize those processes through controlled change management processes. Assist with the development and maintenance of platform specific playbooks consisting of standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with internal AVI-SPL stakeholders for consistency in delivery model Assist with the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers necessary to properly assist with all aspects of the Cisco Practice. Provide regular progress reports to all necessary internal and external stakeholders for all Practice needs Assist with hosting regular meeting cadence with necessary internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal/external needs and the overall Practice strategy Support Practice leadership to ensure that the business outcomes, user experience and ongoing user adoption is consistently attained throughout AVI-SPL and for our customers Support the process and integration of future company mergers and acquisitions around UCC practices and platforms. Other Duties as needed Skills and abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat Must have ability to contribute individually, as well as work productively within a team and across functional disciplines Strong communication skills, both written and oral – along with professional, interpersonal and relationship building skills Strong process documentation and organizational skills Strong ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, manage time and work in a self-directed manner Demonstrate strong coordination skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills Technical aptitude and ability to be a self-driven learner to achieve credible understanding of UCC, Audio/Visual, Collaboration and Meeting space technologies Education and/or Experience Minimum of a high school diploma or comparable industry experience is required Experience working with international accounts/program deployments preferred Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Project Coordinator in the AV industry or related field preferred ITIL certification preferred Pay Type Min Base Max Base Hourly $31.25/hr $40.87/hr
