Responsibilities Exhibit mastery of and willingness to complete all skills and job duties of program management and staff whom the position supervises Provide leadership, support, and supervision to program management Actively participate in Quest’s Operations Team, providing oversight and input to programs across all departments Identify and implement best practices in all areas of business Track and monitor program outcomes to ensure highest quality services are provided to people served
In partnership with Program Management and Human Resources, work to ensure adequate staffing and supervision of all employees, proactively addressing any patterns of concern
In partnership with Program Management and Human Resources, develop onboarding procedures and ongoing training for employees of all levels within the programs
In partnership with Compliance, ensure all applicable regulatory standards and guidelines are met or exceeded by conducting ongoing internal audits and overseeing implementation of any corrective measures
In partnership with Program Management, Human Resources and Risk Management, conduct appropriate and comprehensive follow up to all incidents and issues within the program, proactively addressing any patterns of concern
Act as a liaison to develop partnerships with members of the local community, families, and funding sources to expand opportunities for the people served and facilitate organizational growth
In partnership with Program Management and Human Resources, oversee systems to evaluate employee performance, retain high performers and develop succession plans in all programs In partnership with Program Management and Accounting, oversee annual budget process and monthly financial reports, proactively and creatively addressing and budgetary concerns. In partnership with Program Management and referring agencies, proactively work to maintain programs at capacity, filling vacancies as needed
In partnership with Quest’s Leadership Team, actively pursue opportunities for growth within programs Complete other duties and special projects as requested/assigned Qualifications BA/BS in Human Services or related field required 3 plus years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related health care field required 5 plus years of supervisory experience required MA/MS in Human Services or related field preferred
Communicate effectively; verbally and written
Independently manage time and effectively prioritize tasks
Be a proactive team member who is innovative and focused on quality improvements
Provide superior quality service to both internal and external customers
Provide leadership and motivate others
Effectively manage a crisis in a calm manner
