In just three years, our team has made a name for itself—reaching the State Championship in Year 1 and advancing to the Semifinals in Year 2 . Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and hands-on Offensive Line Coach to join our elite coaching staff. The ideal candidate must bring energy, discipline, and a passion for developing linemen who can dominate in the trenches.

Responsibilities:

Coach and develop offensive linemen in both technique and football IQ Implement and execute offensive schemes in alignment with the team’s vision Lead daily practice sessions with high intensity, focus, and attention to detail Film study, game prep, and opponent breakdowns Support the overall goals of the football program on and off the field Serve as a role model, mentor, and motivator to student-athletes Uphold and enforce all team rules, standards, and expectations

Requirements:

High school football coaching experience required (minimum 2 years, offensive line focus preferred) Proven ability to teach blocking techniques, footwork, and line calls Reliable and dependable —must consistently show up, follow through, and communicate Willingness to get hands dirty and go above and beyond for the program Ability to work within a demanding and fast-paced football environment Must possess strong character, leadership qualities, and team-first mindset
