Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of New Beginnings Village. This individual is responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive, and faith-based environment for all residents, ensuring the successful implementation of organizational policies and program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a family-oriented, faith-based culture for men, women, and families in residence. Maintain daily contact with residents, offering guidance, support, and access to resources. Oversee case management services and ensure individualized care is provided to each resident. Manage and update lesson plans for the residential program. Coordinate resident assessments and evaluations in partnership with volunteers. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Executive Director. Supervise residents participating in the thrift store’s work therapy program. Uphold program policies, procedures, and expectations with consistency and compassion. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred. Experience in program management or development within a non-profit setting. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management. Ability to supervise staff effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management is a plus.
