This role involves, teacher training, volunteer management, and program coordination to ensure high-quality educational experiences for students. Essential Functions Responsible for planning and coordinating Junior Achievement programs in schools and other community locations, ensuring that program schedules, resources, and materials are well managed. Recruits, trains, and supports JA program volunteers, helping them understand program objectives and providing guidance on program delivery while maintaining encouraging relationships. Supports volunteers to deliver JA programs as designed, enabling students to develop a firm grasp of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Coordinates the assessment and evaluation of program outcomes, gathers feedback from volunteers and teachers, and provides input for improving program delivery. Monitors and assesses program outcomes, collection and analyzes data to measure impact, identify areas for improvement Maintains accurate records of program activities, including volunteer hours, student participation, and program outcomes. Assists with data entry and reporting. Build relationships with teachers, school administrators, and local community partners to promote JA programs and expand reach, fostering collaborative partnerships. Assists in organizing and supporting JA events, workshops, and activities, contributing to the success of special initiatives and JA’s mission of empowering young people for economic success. Represents JA in the local community, participating in events, networking, and outreach activities to promote the JA’s mission and enhance community engagement. Stays current on best practices in program management and educational techniques and actively seeks opportunities for professional development and growth within the role. Develops and implements strategic plans for program growth and expansion to ensure meeting established student impact goals. Prepares and submits regular reports regarding student impact and ensuring grant deliverables are met. Required Qualifications

    Minimum Years of Experience:

    Two to four years of related experience is expected.

    • A solid understanding of educational principles, curriculum delivery, and classroom dynamics to prepare volunteers to deliver Junior Achievement programs effectively.
    • Knowledge of program planning, coordination, and evaluation, with the ability to ensure the successful implementation of Junior Achievement programs.
    • Understanding volunteer recruitment, training, and support approaches to engage and manage volunteers successfully.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect well with volunteers, teachers, students, and community partners.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage program logistics, resources, and schedules.
    • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, non-profit management, business, or a related discipline, is desired for this role.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
