Job Description :

Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a Part-Time Functional Maintenance Program Coordinator to join our therapy team. This position supports the therapy department by maintaining equipment and supplies, promoting safe and efficient operations to enhance therapy outcomes. The coordinator assists therapists, participates in resident assessments, and helps implement individualized occupational therapy care plans.

Responsibilities :

Care for and maintain therapy department equipment and supplies. Recommend supply and equipment needs to the therapy staff. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently. Support therapy procedures as directed in resident care plans. Participate in resident assessments as needed. Assist in developing therapy care plans in conjunction with the MDS team. Provide therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required CNA preferred Previous experience as a Rehabilitation Tech preferred Experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred Ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents while supporting an exceptional therapy team?
