Operating across twenty-one counties in Florida, we are a leader in providing affordable housing, rehabilitation services for low-income families, and disaster recovery support. Position Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Program Manager with construction knowledge to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success, growth, and compliance of RTTB’s housing and community-based programs. The Program Manager will oversee program implementation within a designated district and collaborate with multiple departments, including construction, to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with grant and contract requirements. A strong understanding of construction principles, scopes of work, and project timelines is essential to effectively manage and coordinate with construction staff and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Develop guidelines, standards, and procedures for Safe and Healthy Homes programs. Build and manage relationships with nonprofit partners, community funders, and stakeholders. Track clients and maintain programmatic standards for accuracy and compliance. Identify outreach strategies to increase program visibility and client intake. Attend stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates, and support reporting efforts. Coordinate with the Construction Program Coordinator on project scopes and delivery. Assist with client intake, service coordination, and subcontractor onboarding. Maintain program records, subcontractor documentation, and compliance files. Promote RTTB’s mission through partnerships and outreach opportunities. Analyze program data and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in program management or community development. Working knowledge of residential construction, including scopes of work, permitting, timelines, and contractor coordination, is required. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience collaborating with municipalities and local agencies. Familiarity with grant compliance, reporting standards, and impact metrics. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
