We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community. What You’ll Do The OPS Staff Assistant supports the Eagle Connections Program by providing polite and professional assistance to families inquiring about the program via phone, mail and email.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Maintain a positive and welcoming presence within the workplace. Handle inquiries and requests with efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all communication with visitors and families is confidential and in line with privacy regulations. Assist in maintaining and updating program information and documentation. Work collaboratively with Eagle Connections team members to meet needs of the program. Assist with budget management and spreadsheet tasks as needed. Assist Program Coordinator with Recruitment. Assist with other duties needed to help fulfill the vision, mission and goals of Eagle Connections, Tallahassee State College and the Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Associates degree. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately. Proficiency in using spreadsheets and working with budgets. Excellent organization and time management skills. Experience with program recruitment. Familiarity with program information and data management systems is preferred.
