Responsible for providing support to students through mentoring and advising, organizing and conducting presentations, and assisting students through the fellowship application process. Coordinates administrative and operational activities for one major fellowship and provides technical and organizational support for other minor fellowships in the office. Serves as programming liaison for HSF events including the annual Open House and HSF Excellence in the Arts event. Leads coordination for ONF’s workshop schedule and supports Assistant Director in planning annual office banquet. Maintains relationships with ONF alumni and fellowship representatives to plan speaker events and campus visits. Maintains partnerships with Undergraduate Studies, the Honors Program, the Center for Undergraduate Research and Academic Engagement, and other campus partners to provide consistent and accurate student services. Administers operational activities including office, university, state, and federal policies and procedures. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (

a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) or equivalent software. Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to establish and maintain effective and trusting working relationships with students and others. Ability to interpret and explain policies to students, parents, faculty, and staff. Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
