Responsibilities Actively supervise Coordinators of Fraternity and Sorority Life who provide direct advisement to our governing councils. Serve as a liaison to various university committees while working to ensure adequate programming and awareness initiatives are in place. Design and execute assessment processes for member development programs. Develop, manage and support educational programs related to leadership development, risk management, peer and group accountability and values congruence programming through the development and evaluation of learning outcomes. Coordinate risk reduction education and other related trainings for student organization leaders, members, and advisors.
Lead the assessment initiatives and data management for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
