9250 NW 36th St, Suite 420 Doral, FL 33178 SCOPE OF ROLE As a leader in value-based care, NeueHealth participates in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) models, which seek to improve care for traditional Medicare beneficiaries. We are hiring an ACO Coordinator to support the ACOs in coordinating the planning, oversight, and completion of projects and complex tasks to ensure successful program performance. The ACO Coordinator will report to the Director of ACOs and assist in handling a diverse portfolio that includes data/reporting, partner engagement, health equity, and stakeholder presentations. The role will evolve based on organizational priorities and the interests/experiences of the ACO Coordinator. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for an entry-level role in healthcare administration looking to advance healthcare transformation nationally. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare internal presentations, including monthly operating reviews, partner overviews, weekly operations meetings, weekly ACO team meetings, and other ad hoc meeting requests.
Prepare external presentations, including governing body presentations, ACO partner education and onboarding sessions, and provider overviews.
Serve as the CMS data custodian, including downloading, distributing, and validating key reports, including the quarterly benchmark report, APA report, and quality measure reports.
Manage the clinical quality collection and reporting process and other ACO requirements.
Manage the voluntary alignment process, including quality assurance and adherence to program-established guidelines.
Attend webinars, training sessions, or workshops and provide summaries and insights to relevant teams.
Supporting ACO growth and business development.
Assisting Compliance with internal and external audits.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE A
bachelor’s degree with a concentration in economics, business, public health, community health or healthcare administration or related field
1 or more years of professional experience in health care consulting, policy, value-based care program management, or internal strategy
Prior experience with CMS models, such as MSSP or ACO, a plus
Genuine interest in value-based care
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
