Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team and work closely with a prominent Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. This individual will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving account expansion, and leading diverse and cross-functional teams to develop digital products.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, acting as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
Account Expansion:
Identify growth opportunities within the account, develop strategies for account expansion, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership:
Lead and coordinate a diverse cross-functional team of digital product development professionals spread across Latin America, ensuring alignment with client objectives and product goals.
Project Oversight:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital product initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Develop and implement product strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
Communication & Reporting:
Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with client needs and CI&T’s business objectives.
On-Site Presence:
Maintain a strong presence at the client site for at least 3 days a week to foster collaboration and ensure proactive engagement. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, client management, or related roles, preferably in the digital product development space.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience in managing client relationships.
- Proven experience in digital product development and understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of digital technologies is required. Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare industry, and a strong understanding of health tech and related technologies.
