Program Manager – Boys Mentoring Program Boys and Girls of Transformation Mentoring Program Inc Miami, FL 33169 Job Overview We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Christian Program Manager to lead our youth mentoring program with passion and purpose. As a key leader, you’ll oversee program operations, mentor recruitment and training, and partnership development, while infusing Christian values and principles into every aspect of the program. With a strong background in project management methodologies, you’ll expertly manage teams, analyze requirements, and ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Program Planning and Implementation:

Developing and implementing program strategies, goals, and objectives.

Mentor Recruitment and Training:

Recruiting, training, and supporting mentors to ensure they are equipped to provide effective mentorship, while fostering a culture of Christian values and principles.

Mentor-Mentee Matching:

Coordinating and facilitating matches between mentors and mentees, ensuring compatibility and a strong foundation for the mentoring relationship. Develop and maintain partnerships with churches, schools, and community organizations.

Program Operations:

Managing day-to-day program activities, including communication with mentors, mentees, and stakeholders.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Tracking program progress, evaluating effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions to improve the program.

Partnership Development:

Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to support program growth and success.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring program quality, integrity, and consistency, and making adjustments as needed.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicating program progress and outcomes to stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community leaders. Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Qualifications Be a committed Christian with a strong faith foundation. Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Have 5+ years of experience working with youth, preferably in a mentoring or counseling role. Demonstrated ability in project implementation and team management. Strong background in requirements analysis and quality management practices. Proficiency in using tools for creating project documentation and visuals. Exceptional supervisory skills with a focus on motivating and guiding team members toward success. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Pass a level II background check Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services Master’s degree preferred Experience 5 years of experience in program management, mentoring, youth development, or a related field Experience working with diverse populations, including youth and families Proven track record of successful program implementation and management Skills Possess excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership and management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including mentors, mentees, and community partners Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Salary:

$55,000.00-$60,000.00 annually
