PROGRAM MANAGER
Orlando, FL Position Description You will serve as a Program Manager for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division of
NAWCTSD ORLANDO.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
You will manage all phases of assigned programs, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of hardware and support systems.
You will exercise control over program resources, including budget, contracts, and personnel, to achieve program objectives.
You will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to execute program tasks and resolve conflicts.
You will develop and implement program policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to align program plans with organizational goals and secure necessary funding.
