Program Manager, Central East District Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay Orlando, FL 32801 About Us Rebuilding Together Greater Florida “RTGFL”(formerly Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to repair homes, revitalize communities, and rebuild lives. We serve 21 counties across Florida, providing affordable housing, home rehabilitation, and disaster recovery support to low-income families, seniors, and veterans. Position Summary – Central East District We are currently seeking a detail oriented and mission driven Program Manager with construction knowledge to join our team in the Central East District. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the success, growth, and compliance of RTGFL’s housing and community based programs. The Program Manager will oversee program operations within the Central East region and collaborate across departments including construction to ensure services are delivered efficiently, within scope, and in compliance with grant and contract requirements. A strong understanding of construction principles, scopes of work, and project timelines is essential for effectively managing and coordinating with construction staff and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Develop guidelines, standards, and procedures for Safe and Healthy Homes programs. Build and manage relationships with nonprofit partners, community funders, and stakeholders. Track clients and maintain programmatic standards for accuracy and compliance. Identify outreach strategies to increase program visibility and client intake. Attend stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates, and support reporting efforts. Coordinate with the Construction Program Coordinator on project scopes and delivery. Assist with client intake, service coordination, and subcontractor onboarding. Maintain program records, subcontractor documentation, and compliance files. Promote RTGFL’s mission through partnerships and outreach opportunities. Analyze program data and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in program management or community development. Working knowledge of residential construction, including scopes of work, permitting, timelines, and contractor coordination, is required. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience collaborating with municipalities and local agencies. Familiarity with grant compliance, reporting standards, and impact metrics. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
