Engages physicians, advanced practice providers, team members and leadership to support activities and solutions as assigned. Assures alignment of programs and activities to organizational and service line goals and objectives. Collaborates with leadership on initiatives designed to support Orlando Health Medical Group and the Cardiology service line. As needed or requested, facilitates effective workgroups, forums, committees to promote effective decision-making toward strategic and operational goals and objectives. Develops plans consistent with the overall strategic goals of the service line, particularly as they relate to the achievement of quality outcomes, learning outcomes, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates and supports a professional environment in which teams are empowered to provide input and share ideas that support the advancement of clinical programs and growth. Engages in innovative program management that supports improvement in the work environment for providers and team members while positively impacting patient outcomes. Under the direction of physician leaders, assesses clinical programs and identifies gaps and timelines to execute strategic and tactical initiatives. Supports the overall efforts toward achieving program metrics that will elevate service line growth and outcomes. Incorporates the best evidence through effective research and data analytics that can be applied in the decision-making process for service line specific goals and objectives. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with physicians, organizational leaders, industry leaders and representatives in the healthcare environment. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

Other Related Functions Serves as a representative on Orlando Health councils and committees as assigned. Knowledge of educational program development. ExperienceSeven (7) years healthcare related experience to include two (2) years of program management/development experience required.
