The Dementia Programs Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination and oversight of all dementia-related programs and departments within BHSF. The coordinator provides both operational and direction for these programs, ensuring alignment withanizational priorities. Key responsibilities include managing program priorities, funding, overseeing contractual agreements, addressing staffing requirements, and maintaining effectivemunication with stakeholders and other leadership. Estimated pay range for this position is $28.13 – $36.56 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees:
Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
Masters degree preferred.
Preferred experience in a healthcare setting.
Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing staff and/or volunteers in environments involving adult populations.
Required toplete 20 hours of designated training in dementia within 3 months of employment.
Minimum Required Experience:
3 Years.
