The Dementia Programs Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination and oversight of all dementia-related programs and departments within BHSF. The coordinator provides both operational and direction for these programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Key responsibilities include managing program priorities, funding, overseeing contractual agreements, addressing staffing requirements, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and other leadership. Estimated pay range for this position is $28.13 – $36.56 / hour depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Masters degree preferred. Preferred experience in a healthcare setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in managing staff and/or volunteers in environments involving adult populations. Required to complete 20 hours of designated training in dementia within 3 months of employment.
