Job Summary:

The Support Group and Mobile Unit Coordinator at the Center for Child Counseling (CFCC) is responsible for playing a critical role in extending the impact of the CFCC’s community-based behavioral health services by overseeing and coordinating psychoeducational and clinical groups and facilitating the psychoeducational support groups. Additionally, this role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operation of the Mobile Unit. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to promote playful, healthful, and hopeful living for children, families, and communities. This role involves event logistics, partner coordination, data-informed planning, and standardization of service processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, community-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving access to mental health services through innovative outreach. The role requires 25 hours of billable/program productivity per week , which includes participation in mobile unit events, coordination and follow-up for support groups, and related operational responsibilities.

Work Environment :

Hybrid – office, remote, and fieldworkin the community and at partner sites.

Hours :

Typical working hours and able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duty 1 – Mobile Unit Operations Serve as a lead driver and coordinator for Mobile Unit events. Manage and maintain MOUs with mobile unit partners, ensuring mutual understanding and partnership events. Identify and vet additional mobile unit drivers according to insurance and program requirements. Manage, document, and oversee mobile unit policies, procedures, and workflows. Maintain a mobile unit calendar aligned with outreach priorities and partner needs. Collaborate with community partners and staff to align programming and outreach events. Respond to emails in accordance with CFCC policy. Primary Duty 2 – Support Group Coordination Develop and maintain a calendar of psychoeducational and clinical support groups using Webauthor data and referral waitlists. Create and implement standardized processes and protocols for the delivery of support groups. Facilitate training and coordination for support group facilitators. Utilize data dashboards to identify unmet needs and inform content development for future support groups. Ensure all group content aligns with research-based practices and CFCC service standards. Manage enrollment processes, follow-up protocols, and participant engagement strategies to maximize attendance and impact. Collaborate with program directors and supervisors for support group scheduling and facilitation. Primary Duty 3 – Complete Non-Direct Services Actively participate in weekly team meetings, and/or individual, and training as required. Provide feedback and participate in continuous quality improvement. Act as a liaison and appropriate representative for the agency with outside social service agencies, schools, and other organizations. Complete staff training as required by agency, and funders. Ensure timely responsiveness and ongoing engagement on CFCC’s communication platforms such as Teams, email, and phone.
