Job Summary The Classroom Program Coordinator oversees classroom programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective staffing, training, and documentation. This role supports participant growth in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage staffing, including scheduling and supervision of classroom staff. Ensure quality assurance of staff-required documentation, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Attend and contribute to participant support plan meetings, aligning services with individual goals. Develop and deliver training programs for new staff to ensure program consistency and quality.
