Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Ability to handle a multiple phone line system and assist clientsrequesting information, referrals and services. Prepare appropriate Organization Educational Packets for eachcaller
• Responsible for making appropriate referrals to communityagencies, services and individual practitioners.
• Responsible for developing a local contact list of all providersthat may have services that benefit our clients
• Responsible for coordinating and conducting caregiver educationprograms
• Responsible for the promotion of local Chapter programs to ensureCaregivers are notified of upcoming events
• Oversee maintenance of the local resource library, ensuring thatpublications, pamphlets, articles and videotapes are updated andrelevant
• Responsible for identifying potential collaborative partners tomaximize outreach and resources
• Responsible for representing the Chapter in local and regionalhealth fairs, community programs and events
• Responsible for preparing all monthly statistics and relatedreports
