$60-70/hour We’re looking for a Business Continuity Program Specialist (Contract) to help drive the execution of our Enterprise Resilience program, with a strong focus on Business Continuity (BC). In this role, you’ll work closely with the Enterprise Resilience Manager to support core program activities—from running Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to maintaining continuity plans and keeping our systems and data in top shape. What You’ll Do Program Execution & Support Coordinate and lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns—including stakeholder outreach, meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and quality review. Support business units in creating and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that meet program standards. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure program visibility and accountability. Keep documentation (plans, templates, processes) organized, current, and version-controlled. Platform & Data Operations (GRC Software) Manage business continuity data in the RiskCloud GRC platform (or similar tools). Build and update templates, workflows, and data structures in the system of record. Run exports, clean data, and identify inconsistencies to support accurate reporting and analytics. Develop easy-to-follow user guides and reference materials for RiskCloud users. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support Schedule and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and action items. Follow up on deliverables and help remove blockers to keep projects moving. Draft internal communications and support the creation of presentations and program materials. Assist with scaling program processes by helping develop standards, procedures, and training guides. ? What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience supporting or managing business continuity, risk, or resilience programs. Strong project coordination skills with a focus on execution, attention to detail, and follow-through. Experience with GRC tools like LogicGate/RiskCloud (preferred), Archer, ServiceNow, or Fusion. Proficient with spreadsheets and structured data—comfortable analyzing and cleaning data sets. Clear, effective communicator—able to engage stakeholders across functions.

Bonus:
