Manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in acommunity including organization and implementation of directsupports, person-centered planning, and implementation, healthcare, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance,recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financialmanagement, and maintenance of the physical environment. Manageprogram staff members including performance evaluations,scheduling, and orientation. Make recommendations and/or decisionson employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes,corrective action, and terminations. Manage the implementation ofprogram planning; monitor delivery of services and supports; ensureservices are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individualsserved. Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverageor cover shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree andtwo to three years of related experience in the Human ServicesIndustry preferred. An equivalent combination of education andexperience. Other education, experience, training, licensure, orcertification per state requirements or as required by applicableregulations. Current driver’s license, car registration, and autoinsurance. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, andthe ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. Effectivecommunication skills to manage relationships.
