Educator Pay Rate:
$15.00

Program Hours:
Monday
- Friday 6:30am
- 8:15am and 2:45pm-6:30pm. OR Monday
- Friday 6:30am-9:00am and3:30pm-6:30pm.
Schedule will depend on school placement. You’lldrive the mission by:
Daily Program Meetings:
Each day, reviewgoals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress,encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
Organize andFacilitate Daily Activities :
Prepare activities and curriculum forthe day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives.
Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities, andcurriculum; that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
Leading by
Example:
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment,ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meetingprogram goals. You will achieve this by modeling positive guidanceand effective classroom management.
Prioritize Safety and Joy:
Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow allsafety protocols. These may include documenting attendance,incidents, and other observations.
Communication:
Effectivecommunication with a varied audience, including children, parents,staff, and school personnel.
Ideal Candidates will have thefollowing:
Outstanding customer service and relationship-buildingskills Works well in a team environment At least 1 year ofexperience working with children under 13 years of age Ability tolift 25lbs Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment tohealthy living Flexibility to support additional local programs asneeded
Ohio State Requirements:
Ability to meet state-specificrequirements; First Aid and CPR-in-person Cleared tuberculosis testProof of MMR 18 years of age Proof of High School diploma/GEDrequired Enrolled in the second year of or have completed atwo-year career-technical program in child development or be a highschool senior and also enrolled in a college credit program inchild development. OR Enrollment or completion of a two-yearcareer-technical program shall be verified by a signed statementfrom the student’s teacher/ coordinator of the training programverifying that the student is enrolled in the program and earlychildhood education giving supervision.
