Contract role through a third-party payroll vendor
Are you passionate about helping people, driven by detail, and energized by a fast-paced environment? ADM’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a part-time Candidate Care Representative. You’ll help bring ADM’s mission to life by ensuring every candidate and hiring partner experiences efficiency, professionalism, and care throughout the recruitment process.
This is a contractor position engaged through a third-party payroll vendor, not a direct hire or benefits-eligible role with ADM.

What You’ll Do:

Be a key player in the day-to-day execution of recruiting operations across a range of ADM business units
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, communicating frequently via phone, text, and email to help facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Conduct initial phone screens for entry-level plant roles and provide feedback to recruiters
Schedule on-site interviews and plant tours, confirming details with candidates verbally and follow up with calendar invites via email
Serve as a go-to resource for questions related to candidate communications and status updates
Monitor and update candidate background check progress using a third-party background check vendor
Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure timely completion of onboarding paperwork
Confirm start dates, arrival details, and support day-one readiness for new hires

What You Bring:

Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multiple channels (phone, text, email)
Strong organization and time management, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and an interest in learning new systems
A professional, approachable demeanor with high levels of discretion and confidentiality
Adaptability and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment
Previous experience with applicant tracking or onboarding systems is a plus-but not required
A team-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

Why You’ll Thrive Here:

Join a collaborative, people-first team that values communication, initiative, and continuous improvement.
Your work directly supports candidates and hiring teams, playing a key role in helping people start meaningful careers at ADM.
Flexible, hybrid schedule that supports work-life balance
Contribute to a mission that prioritizes safety, integrity, and opportunity for all
